Business Consultancy
This option is also particularly appealing to new clients who may initially prefer to work with Auskor Australasia without a long term commitment so they have the opportunity to assess the benefits of a longer term arrangement for themselves.
Auskor Australasia may also be engaged under a general consultancy arrangement to complete a particular project based task. For example; to implement a strategic marketing and recruitment plan designed to increase occupancy and improve rental return.
General consultancy arrangements can be established on a " one off " or short to medium term project basis and our fee is negotiated with consideration for the clients needs and required outcomes.

This option enables clients to have unrestricted access to an Auskor Australasia consultant through the various stages of a project. These phases include facility planning and design, feasibility, pre opening, student recruitment and marketing, construction handover and opening.
Project Development arrangements are established over a medium to long term basis and our fee is negotiated with consideration for the clients needs and required outcomes.

Engage Auskor Australasia as a short, medium or long term management solution.
This option offers particular value to clients who may be moving through a transitional phase in their business which may result in the departure or forced removal of the current operator.
Clients may also find that Auskor Australasia's extensive experience in operating large student accommodation facilities and management principles are closely with their own and may, chose to engage our management services to operate a new or existing facility over a medium to long term arrangement.
Management agreements can be established over a short to long term basis with a monthly management fee being negotiated based on the level of management responsibility required and the duration of the clients commitment to the agreement.
